Man, 40, Rapés 10-Month Old Girl Inside Church

A 40-year old man, Kingsley Ndubisi, has been arrested and charged to court for allegedly defiling a 10-month old girl inside a church in Lagos State, southwest Nigeria.

The suspect was arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrate’s Court on a one-count charge of felony to wit, defilement of a minor.

The incident, according to the police at Elemoro Division, Ibeju Lekki, Eti Osa, Lagos, occurred at the True Tabernacle Church, Majek Farms, Abijo, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.

The police alleged that Ndubisi was arrested following a complaint by the parents of the victim that the accused on 14 March, 2013 at the church defiled their 10-month old daughter by fingering her private part. This resulting in the little girl bleeding from her private part.

During interrogation, the accused allegedly confessed to the crime.

After investigation by a police team led by Corporal Raymond Udoeka at the division, the accused was charged to court for the offence which is punishable under Section 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2011.

The accused pleaded not guilty to the charge and magistrate Mrs. A.F. Adeeyo admitted him on bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum who must have proof of tax payment to the Lagos State government.

She adjourned the matter till 5 April, 2013 for mention.

The defendant has been remanded at Ikoyi Prison pending when he would fulfill the bail condition.

The University submitted its application to the National Universities Commission the year 2002. The Standing Committee on Private Universities (SCOPU) conducted the verification and the final assessment visits in August and September, 2003, respectively. I had always wanted to marry a loving and most especially a caring man, and finally one of such men came my way, oh, and what did I do, grabbed it with both hands.

I was even happier when he said he liked “the girl child”, and babies in general, because of course, that would take some pressure off me.

We got married and had our first baby; it was a girl, an adorable jewel to behold. She was fair skinned, very weighty, and I knew she was going to grow up to be the cynosure of all eyes.

And my husband, wow, was really supportive, helped with everything except bosom feeding. He was awake at nights, tending to our baby, wasn’t complaining, to cap it all up, he was more like the mother and I, the dad.

Our daughter grew up to be, as I guessed, an adorable princess and everyone wanted to have a second look at her.

As she grew I noticed that she was closer to her dad than she was to me and I just concluded that it was because her father spent more time with her at the formative stage.

Later when she got into the senior secondary school, I noticed that this time, she wasn’t even coming so close to any of us, and again I concluded that it was one of those “trying to adapt to a new environment” since we just moved.

All hell was let loose when she fell ill and had to be rushed to the hospital, and series of tests was done on her, and the pregnancy tests came out positive!!!!!!!!! Ha, I almost died.

When we got home, I sat her down and tried to do it the easy way, but she wouldn’t say anything, so I resolved to merciless whooping, she still wasn’t talking, as I was thinking of my next action plan, my husband walked through the door and, the next thing I saw knocked me out, my – daughter – pointed – to – her – father.

I found myself on the hospital bed, and as I woke up a whole lot kept rushing through my head: was I careless? How did I miss all the action? Where was I when all these were happening? Why didn’t she talk when he made the first pass at her? Who should I tell? Should I just keep quiet about this abomination? Should she keep the baby or abort it?

These questions keep playing in my head as the family is currently shredded in a thousand places

Criticism about the vacation of Obama daughters

Speaking on a radio program, Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, ripped into President Obama for sending his daughters, Sasha and Malia, on a vacation while the federal government is being squeezed by the so-called sequester.

ThinkProgress, a progressive blog, reports that King was speaking on the "Mickelson in the Morning" program. A listener named Carla called in and began to reprimand Michelle Obama for vacationing in the Bahamas with her two daughters.

"It's hard to stomach. When we're tightening our belts, we should either all do it or none of us do it," she said, referring to sequestration – the recent round of automatic spending cuts that went into effect earlier this month when Congress and President Obama failed to reach a budget agreement.
Earlier this week, conservative news outlet Breitbart.com reported that the girls were on spring break, and named the resort where they were staying.


King agreed with the caller, saying, "Carla, you're on point and on the mark all the way through." King then went on to mention that the girls vacationed in Mexico the year before.
"He sent the daughters to spring break in Mexico a year ago," King said, referring to President Obama. "That was at our expense, too. And now to the Bahamas at one of the most expensive places there. That is the wrong image to be coming out of the White House."
The Obamas pay for family vacations themselves. But critics complain that those costs do not include security measures.

King, who is mulling over a Senate bid in 2014, has been an outspoken critic of President Obama for years. During the 2008 presidential campaign, King predicted that should Obama beat John McCain, "then the radical Islamists, the al-Qaida, the radical Islamists and their supporters, will be dancing in the streets in greater numbers than they did on September 11 ..."

As they start to feel more disconnected, they’re not apt to feel very sexual, and a destructive cycle takes over. These paths are no solution, drinking too much can result in séxual dysfunction, which will only make matters worse. Alcohol interferes with erectile function, lubrication and séxual desire, as do other common treatments for too much stress, antidepressants and sedatives.

To regain a positive séx life, couples need to find a way to put séx back to the top of the list find a way to reduce daily stresses where they can. Both partners must redirect some energy toward their relationship with each other, and get over feelings of guilt or excuses that they are too busy, or too tired.

If that is not the case, why were we not intelligent enough to see beyond Mr. Shem's failure and begin to reflect over leadership failure, using the social media platform? It has always remained this way, where only few of us can speak our minds in a country where mediocrity reigns supreme.

We have failed to see how mediocre now flood the civil service, but all we are now looking at, is just Mr. Shem's blunder. Why???

Members of staff in several organizations know little or nothing about their organization. They can't even tell 'categorically' like Mr. Shem, whether they have an existing or functional website. How effective are various media units that are scattered across different Ministries in the country? NSCDC should even thank God that it was Mr. Shem who failed, and not their media unit, because such would have been possible.

I know that majority of Nigerians that work in the civil service are not up to date with the internet social world, as they believe in doing things the old way. You won't even blame Mr. Shem for not being able to give the correct web address or not being able to add dot.com, because the NSCDC Website, prior to the controversy was almost dormant. How would you expect one to know a website that doesn't exist or non-functional?

But my pain is simply that we have all failed to tackle the most pressing issues of the day, falling into the trap and deception of the phrase "My oga at the top". We have been so deceived and then became so careless about our safety, laughing hysterically; with our eyes gazed at "My Oga at the top" until the dreaded Boko Haram found a way to shoot us with their arrows. We laughed until we forgot that we have urgent national issues to address, and the faceless ones hit us hard again in the city of Kano. What a shame!

While we were busy gossiping, creating cartoons, producing T. Shirts, and cooking beats in the studio to ridicule just a single individual, we lost millions of naira at the Muritala Mohammed Airport, Lagos to some armed men who stormed the airport, harassing both Nigerians and foreigners. I heard they had a swell moment at the airport. You can't just imagine that armed robbers could succeed even in an International Airport. Where is safe then? "Yet, we were busy with My oga at the top"

While we took the joke to another level, the Boko Haram militants also saw our weaknesses and carefree attitude, and they hit us hard, killing well over 60 people in the Kano bomb attack. They beat all security apparatus in place in the volatile city, because, we refused to watch our back as we were laughing at " My Oga at the top"

In our usual carelessness, when some people were demanding for amnesty for some faceless people, we kept mute, because we were only interested in "Oga at the top." We refused to ask questions on why some people should be advocating for this group.

As good, committed, and patriotic citizens, couldn't we have embarked on a campaign against violence using the social media platform for that purpose? How many of us are willing to laugh at some of the ogas in the North who have sold the future of our children in the name of leadership tussle? How many of us have been able to tell the Northern leaders that they have failed their people for giving some terrorists the supports they really do not deserve? Yet, we still talk about 'My Oga at the top'

There is no time for such jokes, as we have better and serious issues to address as Nigerian youths and children. Enough of this "My oga at the top" Stop the rubbish now! Let's ask them some questions on why we must continue to bury our ourselves." says Charly Boy.

I saw myself and another sister walking side by

side jesting normally…

A man was walking at the other side; suddenly the

man turned and said; ‘hey, the rapture has just

Christians there. They are taking the mark already.

Go now I give you one minute.. I asked him what

about you? He turned and said I am the antichrist

who has lived in your midst for so long waiting for

this day. I was confused but my spirit said run, my daughter, run. We ran and on covering some

distance. I turned back; lo and behold the man we

left has turned to the antichrist.

We kept running and saw many other people

running as well. We got to a very large auditorium

too large to be described and behold multitudes of Christians… Brethren it was a terrifying experience.

People of high standing with God, Prominent men

and women of God, loved ones and friends.

I couldn’t comprehend this so I screamed, all of us,

God what happened? The Lord now took me in the

spirit to five churches: In a predominant church of one tribe, I saw the pastors announcing that the

rapture has just taken place and that people should

start receiving the mark right there in the church

that this will substitute the said beast mark and

enable them to buy and sell. Brethren, what made

me weep was that the innocent and ignorant members started receiving this mark not knowing

it was actually the mark of the beast.

The Lord then said all these pastors are agents of

the beast who has been ordained to mislead the

people and who already has the beast mark before

his manifestation, and I saw marks on the right arm of all these pastors. A brother who was

fortunate to see who to call him to start running

down to the place where all other Christians are

was shot in the leg as he was about climbing the

top of the Christian’s hide out.

Then the Lord took me again to another church where the pastors were just speaking of the good

things of the scripture and didn’t talk about the

second coming of Christ and warn the people of

the wages of sin. The irony of it was that all these

pastors and their members were left behind.

Then I saw another church where people did really emphasize the coming but all the people didn’t go

as a result of the hidden sins which weren’t

known to man and they had not counted as sin. I

wept bitterly because this was a church where

holiness was professed and held in high esteem.

I saw another church where people concentrated mainly on attacking demons and where the true

word was also preached but the people also didn’t

go due to malice and lack of spiritual concentration.

I saw yet another church where the people were

actively involved in preaching the word and

talking about the second coming, however these people did not go. The whole lot was full of

hypocrites who disguise themselves in shepherd’s

clothes.

I was then taken back to the place where the

multitude were and then I saw that the people of

the beast came and Christians started scrambling for safety. Brethren it was a terrifying experience.

Women forgot their children, husbands their

wives. We ran and got to another place of hiding

but the surprising thing which should make all

shiver was that the population was now so small

that it was easy for every one to identify each other as family and friends started pairing up. The

Lord then said others have received the mark.

Brethren the people I saw made me weep

uncontrollably. Prominent men of God all over the

world, Christians and loved ones.

I now asked the LORD why all these one and God showed me different people and men of God

saying: this man was perfect with me until two

hours ago.

That other had a small portion of his heart released

to the devil. That other brother was too occupied

with the things of the world in terms of land and property acquisition that they took over his life.

That other one, I gave him a mandate to pay a

certain portion of money to the church and he

procrastinated it till now: sin of disobedience.

That other so much loves his cheque book than his

life. You can even see that he has his cheque book with him I wonder what he can buy with the

money now: hope you know they are no more

his.

I wept because so many little things which we

humans don’t count were counted by God.

I now spoke with a confused voice, help us Lord. The Lord then said all these things which have

been happening on earth have all been pointing to

the end but despite all this, my people do not take

heed. I am giving the last warning. Consecrate your

hearts to me, my people.

The trumpet would have been blown one hour ago, but I pleaded with my father. However, I can

plead no further. The trumpet is already in the

mouths of the Angels ready to be blown.

SO PREPARE YE THY WAYS OH MY PEOPLE.

Tell my people to read Matthew 16:3. And warn all

the ministers who has gone in the ways of BAAL. THIS IS TRUE AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT THE RAPTURE
