Reports reaching the ViewPointNigeria newsdesk suggests that a nine year old boy (Henry Goodness), was found hung on a tree along the Tudun Wada area of Jos North Local Government Council. There was no immediate explanation to the circumstances behind the death of the late school boy, but the family were said to be suspecting foul play, stated that he might have been murdered.
It was not immediately clear why the family suspect that he might have been murdered, but the mother of the boy who was unconsolable, weeped and wailed, saying that her son was not known to be prone to such heinous acts and rhethorically asked how it could have happened.
Until his death, Henry Goodness was a class one pupil of Messiah Foundation Primary School Jos and was described to be very dedicated to his school work. Some Neighbours who were familiar with the family and did not want to be named in this report, stated in confidence that the boy had been unhappy following the death of his father a few months back and had been living with his mother and other relatives since -stating that his depression could be a potential reason.
