Jaywon Signs Multi-Million Naira Deal With PZ Cool World

After emerging Winner ” Song Recording of
the Year” at the Headies, The Song “This
Year’ [Odun yi], continue to earn Jaywon
more respect, both from colleagues and the
business world.




On wednesday 12th February, 2014. Jaywon’s “This
Year” song got endorsed on a multi million naira
deal, with PZ Cool World Nigeria as part of their
Valentines gift to their customers, the deal sees the
song being used on their promotional jingles,
recorded by Jaywon, as well as performances in and
out of Lagos.

According to “Olawande Alaran”, An Executive of the
company, Jaywon was picked by popular demand
from their customers Nationwide.

PZ CoolWorld Electrical is the retail business unit of
PZ Cussons Company.

Established in 2008, with a
Victoria Island store as the flagship, they currently
have six (6) stores in Nigeria and five (5) in Ghana.

They plan to open more stores in the next 12 months,
while PZ Cussons has 26 depots nationwide. Their
product categories include sound & vision, energy,
home appliance, small domestic appliance,
computing and commercial solutions.

They leverage
on the distribution network of their mother company
(PZ Cussons Company), which has about 26
distribution network and 23 after-sales service Pan
Nigeria.
Also notable, The song “This Year’ [Odun yi] has also
raised to the 2nd Most Downloaded song On MTN
Caller-Ring Back Tunes in February.
