Ebonyi State University Medical Students are on peaceful demonstration as the management demands that they pay 2 years extra school fees before they'll be screened and induct as medical doctor.
The school feesN80,000 and N50,000 for non-indigen and indigen respectively. The medical student association has written to the VC but he stands on his point. Medicine is studied for six years in contemporary universities while in Ebsu the students are delayed for additional two years, yet they still want them to pay for the Additional added years.
Are the students to pay or the school to pay for damages to the students? Our Government shouuld please do something about this.
